The objective of the Division is to analyze, plan, design and deliver training programs to educate, up-skill and empower court support staff to reach their full potential for the purpose of providing a professional, timely, efficient and effective support service to Judicial Officers and the Courts’ clientele in line with the Department’s vision and mission.
We have qualified in-house trainers who conduct Adhoc Training in the following areas:
- Court Etiquette
- Court Skills and Interpretation
- Supreme Court, High Court, Magistrate’s Court and Small Claim Tribunal Procedures
- Sherriff Officers Workshop
- Family Court Workshop
- Admin and Finance Workshop
- Drivers Workshop
Those trainers have been accredited after attending Training of Trainers Module 1 & 2 Courses conducted by the National Training & Productivity Centre [FNU]. It is a worthy investment whereby the Department is getting return on investments in terms of upskilling and capacity building on the court support staff.
