The High Court

The High Court of Fiji is established by the Administration of Justice Decree 2009 (No 9). The High Court has unlimited jurisdiction.

The High Court also has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from all judgments of subordinate courts.

The High Court consists of the Chief Justice and up to 18 judges or such greater number as Parliament prescribes.
