The Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal under the Administration of Justice Decree 2009 (No 9) has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from all judgments of the High Court.

The Court of Appeal consists of a President (who must be a judge) and other Justice of Appeal who may be Puisne Judges of the High Court.
